Zoey was only three years old when she was diagnosed with cancer.

She was active and often on the go before sickness struck, just like many other children reared in loving homes.

She was cheerful, enjoyable, and pleasant.

Zoey tripped while playing one day. According to CBS8, she lost the ability to use both hands a few weeks later.

When Zoey’s family realized something was wrong, they rushed her to the hospital.

When they arrived, they were given a message they would never forget and cherish.

The doctor informed them that their adored little baby, who was so full of life and love, had DIPG, a rare and severe brain tumor.

“We didn’t know where to go or what to do.” “We were told it’s essentially a death sentence,” Casey, the mother, told the Daily Mail.

The family will suffer a catastrophe and a nightmare that no one would want on their worst enemy.

But they kept their cool and tried to be tough for Zoey’s sake. Zoey would go through several cancer treatments over the next two years.

The family found a German clinic where Zoey had effective radiation therapy. But she ultimately stopped responding.

Her symptoms worsened faster. The unthinkable was about to happen.

Zoey died peacefully in her American home on July 4, 2018.

Although her approaching death crushed the family, her parents realized just in time that they would enjoy a few beautiful last moments together.

Zoey shared happiness to the very end of her life. Her parents begged everyone of their friends and relatives to pay her a visit before it was too late.

Her mother has bravely decided to share the family’s final Facebook moment.

“I shared it because, despite the pain, we see it as a beautiful moment,” Casey remarked in an interview with the Daily Mail.

The photograph depicts parents cradling their precious daughter in their arms.

As they sat on the couch, the family dog joined them. They had spent the entire day singing Disney songs. A Harry Potter television movie was presented. And suddenly, out of the silence and tranquillity, Zoey vanished.

We’re going to show Zoey to the entire world. Her light and love have been bountiful, and we will continue to return it.Zoeys Light published this on Thursday, July 5, 2018.

Zoey’s heart stopped about halfway through the movie.

“At first, I didn’t think I’d share it, but I’d seen a few families share their memories.”But I thought to myself, “I want that kind of picture taken.” She went on to say, “I want those moments to be preserved so I can remember them forever, even when my brain fails.”

On the Facebook page Zoey’s Light, the family wants to convey the hope and light that Zoey gave the world all those years before she died. One day at a time, they hope Zoey will inspire people to support and love one another entirely and truly.

No parent would ever have to go through what Caseby and Ben went through.

Casey and Ben, you have been the most fantastic parents ever. I will continue to pray. Zoey is now an angel who watches over the rest of us.

May peace be with you, Zoey.
